The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Responsibility of Legal Entities for Committal of Corruptive Infringements"

The Law establishes responsibility of the legal entities for committal of corruptive infringements by the authorized persons, and defines the procedure of instituting proceedings against the infringers.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.0877.
